This restaurant quality shelf-stable stock is triple concentrated – a little goes a long way. 1L (kg) of Beef Stock is approximately equivalent to 3L (kg) of a 12-hour simmered stock.

Keep refrigerated after opening in a sealed container and use with 5 days or freeze immediately.
