Our limited release Wagyu Pastrami MB6-7 is prepared and cooked in-house using premium Wagyu beef leg muscle. We brine it for 7 days before crusting it with a blend of traditional pastrami spices, giving it a lovely spicy kick. It's then slow-cooked for 12 hours to ensure it melts in your mouth.
Inspiration: Ok, it has to be said, that layers of this pastrami in a warm bun with a yellow mustard pickle, is to die for. Old school, moreish and so so satisfying.
Provenance: The recipe has come from a long line of family butchers that have perfected this recipe over the years.
